Hostel Manager
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the hostel and managing staff
Key Responsibilities:
-Overseeing accommodation and other services within the property
-Managing budgets & financial plans and reporting performance
-Handling purchase order for all departments
-Recruiting, training, and monitoring staff
-Planning work schedules for the staff
-Dealing with customer complaints and comments
-Addressing problems and troubleshooting
-Ensuring events and activities run smoothly
-Monitoring inspections of property and services
-Researching and developing projects

- บริหารจัดการกิจกรรมต่างๆให้อยู่ในความเรียบร้อย
